Tech Chief Communications is the first Online Phone and Laptop Repair Shop in Kenya and East Africa. We have put in place an online portal which allows clients to place repair orders for devices like faulty Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops Desktop computers etc
This enables them to request for repairs at the comfort of their homes, offices, hotels or wherever they are at. We then contact them and schedule for On-site repair or device Pick-Up.
Our Objective is to provide our clients with convenience and enhance their productivity in that; We help them save on the time and resources required to find a genuine repair service provider, travel to the center, wait on long queues to be attended, leave their devices for many days and still travel back to fetch the device after repair. Tech Chief does 95% of these professionally working with 24hour repair Turnaround Time (TAT) after devices are received in our work station.
Tech Chief also offers a wide range of communications devices (Mobile Phones, Laptops, Desktops, Play stations, etc) and accessories (Chargers, Batteries, Headphones, Bluetooth devices, HDDs, etc) which can be purchased online through our website or by physically walking into our shop.
